A lot of people wants a battle in which story continues and that can be achieved with trainerbattle 0x9 but the problem is Oak's odd messages that he says for someone who never played Pokemon Game.
So to fix it, just open an hex editor and navigate to 0x80484 and insert,
Now use this command like this trainerbattle 0x9 0xtrainerid 0x3, 0x3 will not take you to Pokemon centre.
